Enamel Coated Water Heater Tanks
Enamel coated water heater tanks are more hygienic and more resistant to corrosion thanks to their enamel coating. In these tanks, St - 37 1st quality sheets are coated with double layers of enamel.
Since the tank is covered with enamel, water is prevented from coming into contact with metal sheet. Therefore, corrosion is largely prevented. Use of magnesium anode rod in these tanks lengthens the life of the metal sheet inside. Because this anode dissolves with the help of electrolysis occurring in the tank and dissolved particles reinforce the enamel by adhering to the places where coating is worn.
The enamel coating also protects the equipment against high pressure. Thanks to its low thermal permeability, it is the most hygienic solution at the most affordable price.
Materials such as special sponges, polyurethane, glass wool, rock wool are used as insulation materials in enamel coated tanks. Thanks to these materials, heat loss is reduced to a minimum.
